Navitel.Monitoring system update

An update has been released for Navitel.Monitoring – a multifunctional intelligence system of vehicle monitoring.
What’s new in version 1.16.15:
- Information on fuel, speed, mileage, and axle load, provided by CAN bus, is added to track detail, as well as data on frequency inputs and impulse counters.
- Full support of Agent tracker protocol.
- Recent tracks displayed in track detail.
- Expanded activation error messages.
- The list of companies is provided by the license report.
- Tracker model is specified for every manufacturer when creating a device.
- Fixed a critical error when choosing a time period in history.
