NAVITEL® has announced the Q1 2016 release of the maps of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan
Q1 2016 update for the maps of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan is now available to the users of Navitel Navigator.
Russia
The map of Russia contains 161 205 cities and settlements, of which 13 324 include road networks and address search. The address database contains 9 136 321 unique addresses. The POI database has been updated and expanded, the map contains 1 258 137 POI. The length of the road graph is 3 881 309 km.
Road network has been updated according to user feedback.
The map of Moscow and Moscow oblast features updated cities of Lobnya, Ramenskoye, Zhukovsky, Elektrougli, Staraya Kupavna, Elektrostal, Noginsk, Monino, Losino-Petrovsky, Fryazino, Shchyolkovo, including number of floors.
The map of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad oblast features an updated and expanded POI database, new interchanges, improved routing in Lomonosovsky district: Narvskoe highway, Gatchinskoye highway, Gostilitskoye highway. The maps of Slantsy and Lodejnoe Pole have been updated, new buildings added to Sestroretsk, Solnechnoye, Repino, Komarovo, and Zelenogorsk.
Improved detail for over 770 cities and settlements on the map of Russia, including:
Arkhangelsk oblast: Severodvinsk.
Kirov oblast: Murashi, Nolinsk, Slobodskoy, Urzhum, Orlov, Yaransk, Sovetsk.
KMAO: Uray, Yugorsk, Sovetsky.
New 3D models of historically and culturally significant buildings have been added to the map of Russia:
Saint Petersburg: Monument to the Heroic Defenders of Leningrad (Victory Square), The House of Soviets, the Saint-Petersburg Sports and Concert Complex, Yubileyny Sports Palace, Petrovsky Stadium, Voskresensky cathedral, Voskresensky Novodevichy Convent, Chesme Church, Pulkovo airport. Railway stations - Baltiysky, Varshavsky, Moskovsky, Ladozhsky. Subway stations - Vyborgskaya, Lesnaya, Frunzenskaya, Moskovskiye vorota, Elektrosila, Park Pobedy, Zvezdnaya, Primorskaya, Ploshad' Muzhestva, Ozerki, Udel'naya, Chyornaya rechka, Gor'kovskaya, Tekhnologicheskiy institut, Pushkinskaya, Vladimirskaya, Chernishevskaya, Avtovo, Kirovskiy zavod, Narvskaya.
Updated address plans of Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk. Added data on the number of floors for the cities of Nizhny Tagil (Sverdlovsk oblast) and Noyabrsk (YaNAO). Updated routing for the cities of Ussuriysk, Arsenyev, Dalnerechensk, Lesozavodsk, as well as the Republics of Buryatia, Khakassia and Tuva, Krasnoyarsk Krai, and Irkutsk oblast. Added new brand POI: Hoff and Double B.
Kazakhstan
The map of Kazakhstan contains 9 760 cities and settlements, of which 104 include road networks and address search. Address database contains 293 258 unique addresses. The map contains 21 582 POI. The length of the road graph is 1 259 005 km.
The map features highly detailed (down to individual buildings) settlements - Zhetikara and Krasniy Kordon of Kostanay Region, as well as Karkaraly, Kalbatau, Urdzhar, Shemonaikha, Kokpekt, and Sharbakty.
Significantly reworked road graph, updated POI database, re-checked addresses, and many other corrections.
Belarus
The map of Belarus contains 23 702 cities and settlements, of which 870 include road networks and address search. Address database contains 638 973 unique addresses. The map contains 64 137 POI. The length of the road graph is 284 321 km.
The map of every country now includes residential and industrial infrastructure of cities and settlements with address search, detailed road network that encompasses every street and road with the traffic direction, interchanges, roundabouts and other relevant information.
