NAVITEL® announces the Q3 2016 release of the maps of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia
Q3 2016 update for the maps of Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan is now available to the users of Navitel Navigator.
Belarus
The map of Belarus contains 23 702 cities and settlements, 955 of them include road networks and address search. The address database contains 642 599 unique addresses. The map contains 64 887 POI. The length of the road graph is 284 321 km.
Kazakhstan
The map of Kazakhstan contains 9 760 cities and settlements, 195 of them include road networks and address search. The address database contains 294 916 unique addresses. The map contains 21 589 POI. The length of the road graph is 1 259 005 km.
On the map of Kazakhstan, the road network along the international transit corridor Western Europe — Western China has been updated. Updates include routes M32 and A2 and road networks of Almaty, Aktobe, Kyzylorda, Uralsk, Shymkent.
Settlements Aiteke-Bi, Aral, Baikonur, Kentau and Turkistan were detailed within the accuracy of the streets.
Map of Almaty includes new road interchanges: Tole bi Street/Eastern Bypass Road, Ryskulova Avenue/Saina Street.
Russia
The map of Russia contains 161 205 cities and settlements, 15 720 of them include road networks and address search. The address database contains 9 349 732 unique addresses. The POI database has been updated and expanded, the map contains 1 281 072 POI. The length of the road graph is 3 883 882 km.
Road network has been updated according to user feedback.
The map of Moscow includes the updated road network as of October 15, 2016, as well as address and POI database.
The map of Russia features 536 new settlements with HD coverage including detailed road network and address search. New highly detailed settlements have been added on the maps of the following republics and oblasts: Adygea, Bashkortostan, Karelia, Mari El, North Ossetia-Alania, Belgorod oblast, Chelyabinsk oblast, Ivanovo oblast, Kaliningrad oblast, Kostroma oblast, Leningrad oblast, Moscow oblast, Murmansk oblast, Sverdlovsk oblast, Vologda oblast, as well as Krasnodar Krai and Stavropol Krai.
The new release adds 62 new 3D models of buildings of historical and cultural significance located in the following cities and towns: Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Orel, Penza, Rostov-on-Don, Saint Petersburg, Saratov, Tambov, Tula, Volgograd and Voronezh.

The POI database has been updated and now contains 1 281 072 POI.
The Q3 2016 map release adds new branded POI, including car manufacturers Daimler and KAMAZ, banks VTB Bank of Moscow, Credit Europe Bank, MBA-Moscow, Mosoblbank, Renaissance Credit, Russian Standard, and Sovcombank.
The map of every country now includes residential and industrial infrastructure of cities and settlements with address search, detailed road network that encompasses every street and road with the traffic direction, interchanges, roundabouts and other relevant information.
